This is s poorly managed company who have kept me hanging for over a year without a proper fitting compression sleeve for lymph edema. The technition I first saw kept ordering different sizes that did not fit properly. I finally saw a different tech who took one look at me and said I was a special order because I'm very thin. No one returns calls or even lets you know when your order comes in. After 3 messages I finally called and asked for the manager who said my sleeve was sitting right in the counter! It's now April and it was ordered in December! Just be warned they do not return calls and have less than competent technicians.
