My name is Cade Holmseth, LMT, CMT and I am a practitioner in shiatsu, various forms of massage, essential oils, and energy work. I am city licensed and nationally certified. I have several years in the field experience and also in a chiropractic office. As a professional dancer, I also have a lot of experience with how the body breaks down and many of the deficiencies that lead to sickness. I work with many of my clientele: professional performers, Ironman triathletes, and the average Joe individual who cares about their health, opting for a hands-on approach and prevention instead of waiting for acute injuries and sickness to take them to the hospital. When injury does happen, I work there as well, to restore the body to where it wants to be.

My training of massage includes some advanced techniques. Two of these techniques are called cross-fiber fractioning (CFF) and myofascial trigger point (TrP) therapy. CFF and TrP can be used to break up new and old scar tissue, broaden muscle fibers, increase joint or muscle range of motion, decrease tenderness and relieve certain chronic pain patterns and decrease compensation. This type of massage has long term goals and benefits.
