After we sold our house, we decided to build. I scheduled appointments with 4 builders. After I met with Bub at Hamlin Construction, I cancelled the appointments with the other 3 builders. My wife and I were extremely impressed with what they had presented. We started the process in May 2011 and finished the beginning of October. When we started I was a little nervous about just how difficult this whole process might be. I have to say that this whole experience was very positive. Bub and Pat were extremely easy to work with and answered every question we had along the way. I was in contact with Pat in every phase of the building process and he was always very eager to answer any question I had. I have to say, I am extremely happy with the quality of products and work that was put into my house. I would not hesitate to use Hamlin Construction again if I ever needed to build another house.

As first time homebuyers, we were on a limited budget, but the service at Hamlin Construction was top notch. We were treated the same as people building million dollar homes. Any questions we had were answered thoroughly and promptly-I never felt like a bother, and trust me, I had a LOT of questions. Items that other companies charge extra for (water to the fridge, garage door opener with a keypad) are just standard with this company. They helped us stay on budget, gave of lots of choices in finishes, completed our home early, and made the building process pleasant. They care about their homes and it shows in the quality of the finished product. We would definitely build with this company in the future, but we love our house so much we may never move!

Hamlin Construction was building our house while part of our family was out on deployment. Luckily for us, Hamlin Construction was willing to work around our needs & our time constraints. They also managed to stay within our budget & deliver on every promise that was made. Most importantly, after the sale, they came out at a moments notice to help & solve any questions I may have had. We are extremely pleased with their work & service & recommend them to all who is looking to build a house.

Bub & Pat have been great to work with. Their customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have asked for anything they have done everything they could to accomodate me. I highly recommend them.

We had an absolute fantastic experience building with Hamlin Construction. They are very professional, thorough, and do what they say they are going to do. Our home was finished when they said it would be and for the price they quoted. They also have an outstanding warranty and stand behind their work. I would definitely choose them for any further building needs.
