Poor customer service with attitude that install problem is your responsibility to solve/fix not theirs. Wanted to charge $60 to cut down wood door, because they did give installer the cutting tool. They did install for another customer and did not charge to cut door down. Go to another store if you want to be treated fairly without the hassles.

One of my tenants had her bedroom carpet put in. The workers disturbed the baseboard heating pipe. Consequently i had a leak which damaged the tenants furniture and the tenant below her also had damages. Carpet one did not own up to their mistake. So ia am left whit a large repair bill which was their fault. I will never shop there again and i caution you to do the same.
