I brought my Stihl blower in because it would not start, and the mechanic found a bad bearing that ruined the piston and cylinder. It was just past the warranty date, but the mechanic called Stihl to explain that this failure was totally out of character for my machine. Stihl agreed and it was covered under warranty. Thanks for going the extra mile.

This store is a very nice place to go when u want to get in and out fast! The only time that they have ever not helped me find everything i need is.... Never! Its a great family owned place and the workers are soooo nice and helpful. one out of ten i would say 8 1/2 for sure!Jason

I have contacted this store twice to place an order for a product not in stock. Both times the orders were lost and never placed. The second time I even received a call that the order was in, just to be told when I got there that it was never ordered. I was also told that they could not get me a product unless I had a part number, which as a women I was not prepared to give. No assistance.
