Do not book with Nakita!! Even though she is a good stylist and she is nice when you get there, she is horrible with call backs, text! I have experience this on 3 Occassions!! I will never go back. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. It's a million "good" stylist out there!

Do not book with Nakita, she is unresponsive and unreliable. She has no sense of quality customer service. I was scheduled to have my hair done by Nakita for my wedding. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was completely unresponsive. She would not return my text messages or phone calls. I left voice messages, and even had friends who knew her better call and text. Even though she came highly recommended for doing hair, she became an expert in dodging her obligations. Her lack of customer service and responsive overshadows her reputation for styling. I would not recommend her to anyone, especially if you are relying on her for a special occasion. In the days leading up to my wedding, I was scrambling to find a stylist and ultimately had to pay my personal stylist to travel over 4 hours. In the end, it was worth it to know that I would have a stylist who would actually show up.
