Provided by YP.comI do not normally submit reviews, especially bad ones- I try to take in the whole situation. However my most recent visit has left me devastated! I went for highlights & a cut- Long story short, my bangs & sides are fried due to overprocessing. I even had this verified by another salon. I am told by the stylist that did my service that it is 'normal' & thinks I am only entitled to less than a quarter of total I paid!! I am soo unhappy!!
