Let's start by saying that I'm only giving this place one star because its mandatory. Otherwise it'd have zero. I went on my lunch to get a trim done---I definitely got more than a trim. Not to mention it's incredibly uneven. Like noticeably so. I have curly hair too which makes it worse. Stay away from hair stylist Linda. Dealing w/ getting my money returned was worse the lady stated she has a no returns policy and demanded I speak only with Linda as if being a manager stood for nothing. Never going back---please don't waste your time and money.

Just wanted to warn everyone about Hair Encounters in Elk Grove Village, IL. I went there to get an Ombre and a haircut ended up getting my hair bleached orange and yellow. It looked nothing like I asked hair stylist ( Cheryl) to make it look like. When I contacted the owner she was very rude about it and refused to refund me my money. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I had to spend more money to get fixed at different hair salon.
