GREAT SERVICE by KING - 07/16/2009TOOK MY BACKPACK BLOWER IN ON 7-13-09 HAD A RUNNIG PROBLEM WAS GREETED BY VETO TOLD HIM WHAT IT WAS DOING NAD HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE IT IN BACK NAD HAVE THE GUYS LOOK AT IT WAS A VERY SIMPLE FIX AND IT WAS DONE IN A SHORT TIME WAS ALSO TALKING WITH STEVE HAHN AND FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS BACK AT THE STORE THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BACK IN SOMETIME FOR THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE WAS NOT GOOD GOT JERKED AROUND BY SOME OTHER GUY THAT WAS AT THE COUNTER AND DID NOT GO BACK BUT FIGURED I WOULD TRY AGAIN BECAUSE I WAS CLOSE AND NEEDED MY BLOWER. WAS VERY GLAD TO HEAR FROM TALKING WITH STEVE HE HAD GOTTEN RID OF THAT OTHER GUY AND HIM AND VETO ARE AT THE COUNTER GLAD YOUR BACK STEVE AND VETO GREAT WORK AND FAST BACK ON MY WAY THANKS AGAIN STEVE AND VETO AND YOU GUYS IN THE BACK THAT FIXED IT SEE YOU AGAIN GREAT GREAT PLACE!!!!!! Go somewhere else by I said it - 04/06/2009Strike me as completely dishonest. I brought it in and was very clear this should all be on the warranty. The main issue is a part on the housing that maintains the wheel height. I figured they would either replace the part or fix it. Either would have been fine. They said they didn't know what to do. I wasn't about to have to explain how to fix something this simple. I don't care how little you know, anyone could figure this out. I just don't have the tool needed for this fix and its on the warranty. The worst part of it is, without asking me they replace the spark plug and changed the air filter for which they tried to hand me a $78 bill, all work I didn't ask for.
