My brother in So cal told me about this store and I have found some great house items like light bulbs, appliance parts and frames here. I have donated quite a few things here. Their intake process is simple.

Restore is hit or miss for finding what you need. Selection varies frequently but when you find something you've hit the jackpot

I am sitting outside the store, it's 9:50 am and I ask a young man "I realize you aren't open but, may I just use the restroom?" His reply was"No, we're not open." I said, " I know that but I really need to go" his response was a flat no! I asked to speak to a manager and he said "you're looking at one"
My question is, what has happened to customer service? I have donated many things to this store as well as purchased from them. It bums me out.

Very unorganized, product not priced, i was asked to come back and when I did the item was still not marked and then I was asked to come back again. I am done with people that don't care about customers time.

Was charged for items I did not purchase, plus was told that green dots appliances are tested to be working. When I got items home one of the appliances was partially working. Called the manager and was told that there is nothing to do.. no refunds or exchanges.. not even a credit for some other items. That is terrible customer service since all items are donated to them therefore free and then overpriced and apparently not properly tested. Not happy at all since the first reason to shop there is because people are not able to afford full priced items at stores. Horrible experience which is making me think twice about shopping there! So, be aware of what you are buying and make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store!!

Are address is 8292 Industrial Ave, Roseville, ca 95678...We are just down from were we use to be. We do have wheel chair access parking by our donation doors which you are able to come into the store.

Now that they are in their new place the handicapped parking is in the donation slot.

I asked about this and was curtly told: That was all the city told me I had to do."

Books cds are fair. Management needs to get on the Customer Service Boat of retail, since most of her stuff is almost retail priced.
