Why make an appointment to wait in line at an apple store when you can go H Built Computers. Customer service is excellent. They handle my issues professionally every time.

i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseFantastic service. Woke up one morning and no WIFI. Spent the morning with ASUS support. We came to the conclusion that it was the WIFI card or adapter. Took it to Geek squad at Best Buy (will never do that again). Then took it to H Built. They took the WIFI card out, tested it (it did test good) and put it back in PC. WIFI came up. Maybe a little dust, maybe corrision on contacts, who knows but the end result is that my PC is fixed. WIFI is good and it only took about 30 minutes. Guy was polite and knowledgeable and actually listened to the problem and didn't treat me like an idiot.

Wow, had completely different experience than other reviews. Ordered Windows 7 and Windows 8 was installed. When asked to fix the mistake, we were told Windows 7 is no longer available and there was nothing to be done. Tech was nice but Noah did a very poor job and we would discourage anyone from using them. The receipt shows Windows 7 being installed. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

These guys are the nicest computer geeks I have come across. They do their job well, do not give any attitude and are very sympathetic to the technologically challenged. I would recommend them to anyone needing computer help.

These guys will get five stars from everyone unless they are just jackwagon's. I have had several tasks with different needs that they have taken care of for me with a great finished result and good turn around time as well, very polite, informative and probably most important these days honest & upfront, don't hesitate to use them. Very Satisfied

Love this place. Always find these guys ready and available on short notice. I've had many different diagnostic scans done here and hardware repairs performed. Also bought a number of complete computers. Never felt taken advantage of based on my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend!
