I am a property manager of commercial real estate in NC, SC and TN. I was having ongoing leak issues with several storefronts across the front of a grocery anchored shopping center. After numerous attempts to get the original installer to take care the problem, of which none of the the "repairs" he did worked, I had H&W take a look and give me their opinion of what needed to be done and how much it woud cost. I also had a company out of Charlotte give me a quote based on that recommendation so it would be apples to apples. H&W was about 50% cheaper and they did an awesome job. The storefronts have never leaked again and all the tenants were thrilled. They even through in some tweaks and adjustments that were needed while they were on site for free. Great company! Would highly recommend them!
