Love the food and the staff is pleasant.

This has always been my favorite place to eat not the cheapest but really good food! Up until last night I brought a beef sandwich home and immediately when I opened it it just smelt bad! I was so hungry that I shouldn't have ate it but I did take most of the beef off and eat the bread and peppers well I'm definitely paying for it today I have food poisoning I'm sick as hell and there's nobody to call at the store to let them know at least they won't be serving that beef today and with all due respect your Shack I will never eat there again. Just as an add on the guy who made my food did not use gloves and cross contaminated things I'm not one to make a big deal but if something gets me this sick there's definitely a problem

Not sure why it says its closed. It is open and has been for a number of years now.
