Literally the worst experience I've ever had at ANY doctors office. The office staff doesn't care about the patients. You never see your doctor, instead they send nurses to check on your baby. You don't know if everything is okay because they run tests late and never give you your results. It took 3 weeks to get my medicine refilled because the receptionists wouldn't relay messages. If you're expecting a child, choose another doctor! Be sure to read reviews and ask around. This was a terrible experience for me.

I started going to this office with my first pregnancy in 2006 and stayed with them halfway through my second pregnancy in 2009. I fell in LOVE with Dr Martin and Dr Meziere. Dr Brown was rude with me on one occasion and Dr. Adams (who is no longer there) was terrible about returning calls when he was oncall. However, the staff? 99% of the time, they were so rude, I felt uncomfortable being there. I *dreaded* having to call the nurse when I had an issue. Calling in for prescription refills? Start calling at least 3 days before you need them. When Dr. Martin left, I would have went with her...but she no longer accepted my insurance. Like I said, I loved these two doctors...but I got tired of feeling so uncomfortable every time I had a doctor's appointment. Most of the time, you deal with a doctor's staff..not the doctor. And this staff definitely killed it for me.

I'VE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE I WAS 18 I'M 32 NOW.I MOVED FROM COBB 10 YEARS AGO I STILL MAKE THAT DRIVE.ALL OF THE DOCTOR'S ARE SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.
