I had a recommendation and they gave a low quote so I contracted them. Here is where they drop the ball: Instead of installing the proper downspout to the next level, they simply carve an "X" to the downspout to create a makeshift flange. As you can imagine this tremendously restricts the water flow and catches leaves like you wouldn't believe. I had to ask them several times to provide a downspout over a 75 foot run where one simply wouldn't do. After they left I had to add downspouts due to their negligence.
