WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I would have been better off vacationing out of our car. The resort is far away from everything (about 4 miles) so you have to daily pay for parking, which is about 7 bucks. The beach on the side of Fort Myers Beach is about a football field away. But the worst part that ruined our vacation? The hotel manager. That man is going to scare away ALL business. He literally screamed at me because he was CHARGING ME TWICE for my dog to stay there. It was absolutely unprofessional. After our trip I came home and read some of the reviews, the only good ones are from people who only dealt with the lady at the front office. ANYONE dealing with the man, Ken I believe, had horrible experiences. He treats everyone has if they are criminals and does not care at all that we are guests. I am actually looking for a way to report them to the local government or the BBB for the way we were treated.

We looked @ GullWing Resort to book on internet called them on the number on website. Pull in the GullWing Resort to check in and they tell us that we are at the wrong resort we are staying at there sister resort and we all go ooo no we had no clue where we are staying. Get there and the handyman is working on the AIR at that time they call from down stairs to say that the air is not working right. You do not want to be in FL. with no AIR!!! The main bathroom fan is right over the toilet that drips water none stop, not to mention the bug u looking at why you are getting dripped on. The best part was the bed they were very soft but then again u have a bug on the night stand looking at you. Check out time in bright and early @ 10 what kind of va-k is that!!!
