    Nothing but lies.

    by Fed-up , 10/14/2014

Travis and and a woman who I think may be his wife have done nothing but avoid me and my wife regarding a Christmas palm I bought which died. They get your money then vanish.Excuses and lies.I don't think Travis knows a palm from an sprig of ivy.

    Getting the run around

Travis came to our home about 3 mos ago to replace a Foxtail palm that died in our yard. It was a difficult job because we live on a canal & there was very tight quarters. He found us a decent size tree not nearly what was taken out but we understood the difficulty in planting it. He seemed very responsible and motivated we even asked for an estimate for some additional work. He told us he would be back in a month to check and fertilize the tree that cost us $650.00. The tree has been looking bad and I have been calliing & speaking with Heidi who has all kinds of excuses on how busy Travis is.Then 3 weeks ago she said he would be in the Cape and would come by but of course he never did. This has been very disapointing since he seemed like such a responsible business owner but now we realize after he has your money he just moves on and forgets about his promises. Hopefully the tree doesnt die because there does not seem to be any warranty!

I have used GULF COAST PALM & TREE for 8 years and have had nothing but great product and service from them. They have downsized and moved to Pine Ridge Rd and Kelly Rd but still have the trees and the service. They have sold many plants and trees to all of SW FL and can be trusted. Don't hesitate to do business with them they are great peoPle.

    I Went Somewhere Else

    by lakelovinglady , 03/11/2011

My husband and I were looking for Pygmy Date Palms and several smaller plants. We were leaving on vacation in a week so we were hoping to get the palms and get them planted. Travis told us it would not be a problem. He advised that the trees would be in the next day and he would call us. Two days later I called and talked to Heidi. She said she would have Travis call me back. No call. I called again and talked to Heidi. She said they were doing inventory on the trees and that Travis would call me back. No call. Bottom line? I would never go back there. We went on vacation, came home, went somewhere else and in less than a week, we have our trees and plants and they're planted. The person who helped us was caring, patient and gave good advice.
