I think that out of anywhere I've ever shopped this place takes the cake... As the worst possible customer service that is... If you aren't willing to spend an arm and a leg they won't pay attention to you and then if you do they still are rude and treat you like they wish you'd leave... Don't shop here and I'd consider not shopping there at all no matter what location... This does reflect on management... Do they know what a phone is meant for??? To be answered!!!

Avoid this Guitar Center at all cost. At this location they have 4 employees standing around talking to one another with on employee trying to help 30 customers. So if you plan on buying anything it will take 45 minutes to check out. Don't plan on returning anything you purchase because it is like pulling teeth from a baby. I bought something one day and could not return it the next. Not even 24 hours later. Service is horrible and everything is over priced.

But it's a good enough place to buy gear. Prices are a little high, but you can usually bargain a good deal out of the sales people. Beware though, some of them aren't as knowledgeable as you'd think.
