The Growing Room has been a wonderful experience for our children as well as for us. We previously had a nanny who was awesome but this comes with its own problems of sickness, holiday time off, family emergencies, etc. Here at the GR, we know our kids are being cared for and the staff have shown a genuine interest in the safety and well being of our kids. The teachers of our children have been over and above my expectations, teaching things like the Pledge of Allegiance, basic reading and writing skills and math concepts. My first child was very well prepared for kindergarten through the advanced class offered at the GR. They go on numerous field trips that are educational and fun, have playful activities outside that are well supervised, and do countless crafts that inspire creativity. The staff at the front greet me with a smile, a daily greeting and truly make me feel welcome. And do the same for my kids by name showing they have taken the time to get to know them on an individual basis. We have made some great friends from being at the GR as well. While no place is absolutely perfect, if families go into it with this understanding, I believe the Growing Room will continue to be nominated as the best daycare in the area. Knowing my kids are safe and well cared for gives me the belief that we made the right decision choosing this place and I would recommend it to others who are considering a daycare.

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience here. Staff found on video being abusive to my child , management showed very little concern. Staff appeared verbally abusive as well , but the video taken never has sound, which I found to be very odd and concerning. I very rarely give write reviews , much less give negative reviews but felt obligated to share this information.

We are proud to have Growing Room in Auburn!!
