The staff there are great. They took great care of me. I was a walk in, however, my wait time was not long at all. Was out of there within 90 minutes.

My 70 yr old mother has a broken arm went to Grove Diagnostics to have a CT scan done, the male technician that assist her has terrible bed side manners. He was rude, not compassionate, not carrying towards my mom. Didn't explain clearly how he wanted her to lay on the table she had a difficult time positioning her body. I was able to notice he wanted her to move quickly (to hurry up). Apparently she was moving too slow for him. I explained to him she's in a lot of pain can't move easily do to her broken arm that's why she's having a difficult time adjusting her body. I was hoping that he would be understanding. He seemed bothered and asked me to wait outside. When it was over I heard my mom scream the technician ended up hurting my mom when trying to assist her up from a table. He walked her out the room said she was done. I asked what had happened because my mom was in tears, pale skin, she mumbled that she felt weak and asked to sit down. Technician replied "nothing happened I just helped her get up". When we got home my mom said he (technician) pulled her up with such force that her broken arm collapsed and was hanging on the left side of the table with no support. She was not allowed to wear her sling during the CT scan which I understand but one would figure that the technician will be more cautious helping her up. He's such an idiot.

The ultrasound tech was obviously pissed off at the world and it showed. Not professional at all. I'm a nurse myself and I know not to show my problems in front of my patients because I'm shure their dealing with a lot already with their health or they wouldn't have needed to be seen!

I hurt my ankle & I was in a lot of pain. They took me in ASAP. I didn’t have insurance at the time & they helped me by giving me a discount as well as going above & beyond by helping me get quick response with my Ex-rays. They always take great care of me as well as my family.
