I tried to get my medical reports to take to the doctor from here and was told I had to wait 20 minutes while they made them up, I have lived in Fl. Ten. and Mich. and never had to wait for them they just took my name and had them ready when I walked in, I asked why I had to wait and they said it was their policy, will if so it will be my policy to see I go else where for my medical things to be done from now on.

Oh my gosh, not only is this facility overcrowded, the administrative help is so unprofessional and the trained technicians can be no better. Administrators and technicians are especially un-kind to our seniors and people with disabilities. And no once when reported seems to give a hoot.

This facility is so over crowded and the administrative help can be very rude. For patients with disabilities this facility is not recommended. The waiting room has a very bad odor. The x-ray tech's need to be a little more gentler with older seniors who do not have the total capability to move on thier own. Older seniors hurt otherwise they wouldn't be there as a referral by their respective plans/Doctors.
