Each person deserves compassionate, responsive support.

Sessions:
Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually scheduled either weekly or every other week. The duration of therapy, total number of sessions, is determined by the client and counselor.

The Grotto Counselors:
The Grotto Counselors include licensed professionals (LPC and LCSW) and graduate student trainees working under the supervision of licensed therapists.
Each counselor brings a different education and experience to serve The Grotto clients with competency.
