We were driving down 35 when our Chevy Impala was rear ended by a car full of kids that clearly weren’t paying attention. They pretty much totaled our car which I am now happy with because their insurance paid for us a new Impala! At first I was pissed to know that I had to go through the stressful ordeal of purchasing a new car but the great people at Gresham Toyota hooked us right up in style. The task was much, much easier than normal. There was no high pressure either. I will definitely return here for my next vehicle! I highly recommend this Dealership!!!

I hate the whole car-buying process normally, and I generally keep a car for 10-15 years. But buying my new Toyota Tacoma at Gresham Toyota was actually a pleasant, even fun, experience. Gary was informative without pressuring us, and was honest and pleasant. I'll definitely look him up again in 15 years when my Car starts getting older!I highly Recommend buying cars at Gresham Toyota.

Extremely high-pressure sales, even though we showed up knowing exactly which late-model used care we wanted. Lonnie trying to sell us a new one.Really unprofessional during test drive and eventual negotiations. Chattered constantly, even when I asked for quiet to listen to the engine.We specified our down payment and desired payment. We were very clear that if those criteria were not met, we wouldn't buy.Lonnie continually did the "Let me run this by my manager" SOP. Eventually, our original terms were offered. We signed everything and went home (a 2-hour drive for us).TWO WEEKS later, Lonnie said that the bank would not accept our terms unless we DOUBLED our 20% down payment or accepted an interest hike. Lonnie claimed they never pulled our credit (untrue--it's in our credit report. So why did we get an offer in the first place? The sales manager and general manager were also very rude.Serious bait-and-switch. Shop at Gresham Toyota at your own risk.

I bought a new Limited Tundra from Gresham Toyota that had bumper damage caused by dealer just prior to purchasing it (they backed it into a fence post). The General Sales Manager promised that it would be repaired at their expense when returned at my convenience. I asked for his promise in writing. Both parties signed promise to repair vehicle. Unbeknown to me the copy that they kept stated, "Good for 30 days only" on bottom of page. The copy I received had this statement cut off! When I contacted the dealer to have the repair work done it was beyond the 30 days and then found out what their copy stated. They refused to repair the damage. My telephone calls to speak with the dealership owner were ignored or he was "too busy". When I visited the dealership at a later date to speak with the owner the sales manager handed me a photocopied "Notice of Exclusion" form attempting to prohibit me from visiting the dealership in the future and demanded that I leave.This dealer has very poor cus
