We hired Gresham Painting & Remodeling in February of 2009, to restore and paint the exterior of our McDonald’s restaurant in Sedona. Before they ever applied paint, Gary and his crew went to great lengths in their prep work. They spent time doing the little things that matter in professional remodeling. I found them to be very, very, very professional, and I intentionally said “very“ three times for emphasis. They were very considerate of our customers, traffic flow and minimizing disruption to our business. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and competent contractor. They transformed the exterior of our building, which was riddled with an extraordinary amount of stucco cracks, to a newly, restored building. Gary Gresham went beyond the agreed contract, and exceeded my expectations. He is a man of integrity- an honest man who keeps his word, and who did things that were not even on the contract to leave his signature on a job well done. Upper manage
