Greene Properties, Inc, established in 1999, was founded by Phil Greene, a Registered Landscape Architect and graduate of the School of Environmental Design at the University of Georgia, to design and build entrance and amenity areas for developers and home builders throughout the metro Atlanta area. In the spring of 2000, Phil's brother, Tommy, a graduate of the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, joined the company to form the partnership that exists today.
