A cozy neighborhood pub to experience and visit with friends..... by gtScoop - 10/25/2008By pure happenstance, we visited this Green Mill in St.Paul. Considering this is a smaller Green Mill than the ones I previously visited, I had high hopes for a great Meal. Being immediately seated with my family, I was impressed by the fast personal service. Our large dinners were quickly served piping hot and to order. Our beverages were above average in taste and size. The in-house micro brewery produced some marvelous home ales & brews that were delightful and unique. Great food, marvelous brews, fantastic service, and reasonable moderate prices made our visit here very enjoyable. The genuine neighborhood American pub ambiance was beyond words and expectations. Many of the patrons were locals from the area. My only negative comment would be the home micro-brewery beverage prices seemed a bit high and trendy. Otherwise, I recommend this off the main drag Green Mill to all who wish a change from the ordinary bar-&-grill experience. You're in for a great time! U-Betcha!!

The kids love the pizza! by gobears - 09/27/2007When it is pizza night in our house we drive from Minneapolis to St Paul to go to the Green Mill. The pizza is a pleaser and kids eat free on Tuesdays.
