    The most horrible professional experience of my life.

    My husband is deployed to Afghanistan. While working out our financial plan for the deployment, we agreed that the money from your renters would be used to pay bills at our current residence. This was a big mistake, as Great West cannot be trusted to pay their owners on time, or even at all. Since we signed a lease with our renters in June, I have received ONE check. (June was so late it was included with July.) It is now August 15. When I emailed today to ask if August's check has in the mail, the reply I received was a simple, "Not yet. It SHOULD be out today. Thanks." I emailed back and requested that it definitely be out today, as previous correspondence indicated that checks will be mailed on the 10th of every month. I received no reply. I thought it might help if I offer up my UPS account to speed the transit time and ensure tracking possibility. I called to offer my account number and was told, "We don't have the man power for that." I explained it's really quite simple - you can print a mailing label online with no cost to Great West and I will even call UPS to have it picked up, "No, I really don't have the time for that." I tried to remain calm as I requested the check be sent out via USPS today. I noted her previous promises of mailing the check on the 10th, and asked that she simply mail the check TODAY. Tanya then told me, "Ok, now I'm getting frustrated." and began to raise her voice at me. I did raise my voice back, and she hung up on me. I've never been treated as a client by Great West. Only as a pest. I've gotten nothing but excuses and emotional outbursts from Tanya. It is outright unprofessional, and should not be tolerated. For this reason I called the president of the company and spoke with him. He assured me, my check would go out today. Two hours later I received an email accusing me of inappropriate behavior and terminating my contract with Great West. If you are willing to put up with being cast aside, ignored, talked down to, and belittled by a company to whom you pay a monthly fee? Please, chose Great West. But if you're looking for people who do their job, remain professional, and keep promises? Stay away from this horrible company.
