The large showroom has several displays with a variety of tiles in actual floor and wall applications so you can see what the tile will really look like . They had a huge selection of tiles available and in stock ready to take home. All the sales people are very helpful and I would highly recommend this store.

This place is AMAZING! If you want a big selection, THE BEST sales staff and GREAT PRICES this is the place. These guys help my clients every day. I am a contractor and do not get my tile anywhere but GREAT TILE. Most of the stuff on display is in stock and they will help you make any kind of design you like. A+ to the team and the store!

At first I was intimidated to go into the store, expecting really high prices and sales people that wanted me to buy everything right away. To my surprise it was exactly the opposite. They have a great range of tile and prices that accommodate any type of budget. They have the normal displays of tile on the boards, some with accent pieces, and some mock-up kitchen and bathrooms that have great examples and ideas. When we walked in, we were greeted at the door and asked if they could help us find something particular or if we were just looking. We took our time looking around the store until we found something of interest, then we asked for help. They were very helpful and gave advice. For our bathroom remodel, we ended up buying all of the tile for the floor and the walls (with accent pieces). I had never done wall tile before and asked a lot of questions. The staff was very knowledgeable and mentioned if I had any problems (during installation) that I could just call them up and they would do their best to walk me through my problem. I never really expected to have to do this but I did, and they ended up helping me through my problem over the phone. I went to many other stores looking for tile. Next time I will just head here first and save my time and gas. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for tile.

Our handyman suggested that we visit the store located in a fairly unassuming strip mall near a Target store. The interior of the store is impressive with very nice displays and a huge stock of tile and materials. The staff are very helpful and know their stuff without exerting sales pressure or attempting to upsell the customer. Our products were ordered for us and arrived in one business day (one day before the expected arrival date!). We were able to take home several samples without a problem. We will certainly make purchases here again and recommend this store to others. Great experience and worth the drive from anywhere in the Twin Cities.
