Excellent Service, Excellent Experience by David - 11/23/2009
Great Lakes Refrigeration provided me with excellent service and a high level of professionalism. I was going on three weeks without heat after someone else was unable to deliver. After speaking with Roger, he was quick to schedule a visit to 'clean-up' the mess. Roger was able to trouble shoot the issue instantly and ordered the parts for next day delivery. With the weather getting worse, I am so happy Roger was able to correct my problems in such an efficient manner. I would recommend the company to anyone who would ask. I am definitely putting Great Lakes Refrigeration on the top of my list for HVAC repair. Thanks again Roger.

Great Lakes Refrigeration installed a humidifier in my house and did a furnace check up. He walked me through what he was going to do and how to use the unit once installed. He also told me what to look out for when checking the furnace. He did all the work and did not leave any mess. Installed the humidifier in no time! If you want a knowledgable professional that gets the job done right for a reasonable price, call Roger at Great Lakes Refrigeration. I will definitely call on Roger again - Thanks!

I just had Great Lakes out to to an annual service on my dual zone heating/Ac units. Roger called me at 9am to say that he was running 5 mins late. When do you ever run into repair people that call to say that they are running late?? Never..Roger was quick and professional and I will be using his services on my rental units as well!

I called Great Lakes Refrigeration for service the AC unit for my Condo. Steve, the Owner, was friendly and was flexible on Scheduling an appointment for the next day before I went to work. He called before he arrived and was very curitious during his visit. He was able to quickly resolve the issue with my AC unit. Will us his services again.
