I'm very glad my daughter chose great clips in east peoria,il. She is in chemo stage 3a for triple negative breast cancer..the most kind & skilled man named Zach B. Gave her a buzz cut.. Oh my I will recommend this shop to everyone..because of his skill & style & the empathy he showed for my daughter..we definitely will be back. Give Him a raise He deserves it!;;

I would like to inform everyone not to go to this Great Clips for a haircut. I walked in thinking that trimming bangs is an easy job to do, but I was completely wrong. The woman who cut my bangs did not care to ask how I wanted them styled, but instead cut away at my hair leaving it too short and completely wrong for my face shape. My hair has been completely butchered, and I am so upset with how business is done at this location that I am ready to take this to the BBB.

When you open a business you want to make sure that your stylists are accredited and have good communication skills with their customers, and for the majority of the employees working at the Great Clips, I would suggest that they don't have either. I was treated rudely, and was not given the option to ask how I want my hair done. All I was given was a terrible haircut that makes me want to shave my head.

Please do not go to this Great Clips unless you want disappointment and your hair looking like a disaster.

Great price and great haircut. I had a shampoo, cut, and style for only $15. Walked in and out in less then 25 minutes.
