Horrible rental agency. When we first began renting from the company the service was just mildly incompetent, now they have new management and the company is just plain horrible. We were just informed they do not do a final walk through with the tenants due to the fact they do not like confrontation. Never heard of that in the many rentals I have come across.

I have been a renter and a landlord. I rented from this organization and they are horrible. They wanted to do work on my residence and provided no notice or supervision of the folks they let into my residence. They had to do some outdoor work on the property and gave a key to my unit to the contractor. I came home late one night and the door had been left ajar. If I had it to do over again I would not clean the unit because it seems they will not give you back your deposit no matter how clean the property.

Run like HELL away if these people are managing the property you are thinking about renting. They are notorious for keeping your whole deposit for things like "light bulbs"They charge you for leaky roofs! They charge you for things that are on the initial walk-through paperwork. They are continuously on the court dockets & after losing the case, good luck collecting on the judgment!! They always have an excuse why they can't hand you over a check. It's time for them to go to jail & stop clogging the court system.

I concur with other reviewers that Grants Pass Property Mgt. is one of the most unprofessional organizations in the area. They do not respond to email and rarely return phone calls regarding their listings. If you are a renter, avoid them if you can; if you are a property owner, avoid them at all cost.

I have contacted this company through Craiglist about properties they list and they seem to have no interest in answering questions. I would urge homeowners looking for a property management company to avoid this one. Other sites with reviews by renters of this company note that they do not maintain the properties and keep security deposits regardless of the condition of the property.
