They are not good dealing with children with disabilities
by Grizzly Pete, 12/28/2013
After I write this review I am certain that they will never let my son return. But that will prove my point. They are horrible working with children with disabilities. My son has autism. For the last few times they have been great with them. I had problems before with members of their staff yelling at my son. angrily holding him down, and once a women pushed him back into the seat. Now they have newer staff who are obviously untrained to work with children or children with disabilities. I had enough of a tech's rolling eyes and condescending face gestures. I called him on it and the dentist chastised me. He said nothing to the tech who was abusing my son with his antics. I think that there is no commitment from this establishment to train their staff to deal with children with disabilities.
