excuses still does not explain your poor service and aditude.and by the way the first time I use mower after I adusted cable,the back wheel fell off.

I'm terribly sorry your repair took longer than normal, we are averaging 7-10 days. It is our busy season. Unfortunately in your case we had to order a non-stocked part i.e. transmission that took much longer than expected to arrive. We are a small 2 man shop, with not enough time in the day to call every customer and give them daily updates, you happened to call between when the mechanic finished the job and before I had typed the finished ticked into the computer, you would have received a call that day. I do very much care about our customers and our quality of work, that why we have a 90 day warranty on repairs. The equipment we repair is tested before the ticket is turned in, that's not to say thing don't go wrong, that's why we stand behind our work. It's very hard to explain this to you, when you hang up the phone.Thanks, Jeremy

I am beyond happy with the service I got from this location. The staff was friendly and willing to listen to my concerns with my equipment. i used to travel over an hour to service my machines, but not anymore. So glad I found this shop!
Don't take your equiptment there

I took my Honda lawnmower to have the self-propelled front wheels checked out because one wheel was sticking. I also ask them to do the beginning of the season maintenance. But my main reason for bringing it in was for the front wheels. It stayed in shop for 3 weeks. I had to use other folks lawnmowers while waiting for mine. Finally, I got the call that mine was ready. I picked it up the next day only to find that the front wheels were still sticking. I called and told them the problem. Their only suggestion was I bring it back in and wait for them to get to it again. I can't do with out it for 3 more weeks! Last night I noticed that it was missing a screw that holds on the top cover!!! Save yourself a lot of money and frustration - take your stuff somewhere else
