Poor service

I had attempted to have my briefcase repaired at this business. I attempted to schedule the repair due to the fact that I travel regularly and don't have a backup briefcase. The shop had a two week lead time. The shop was completely non accommodating and downright rude to my request. I will take my business elsewhere.
