Gross incompetence by
I was seen by Kim Hoyt. I was given a diagnosis and medicated for that illness. Three days later I was septic, near death, had my foot amputated, and was being sent to another hospital out of Grand Junction. Kim Hoyt could not distinguish between cellulitis and gout. Her practice of medicine shows gross incompetence and an arrogance that allows her to continue. Why is her graduate school never listed in these adds?
Not HIPPA compliant.... by
Loud Staff heard them laughing, talking , all the way into the waiting room, as I was sitting next to the partition that seperates the waiting room from the hallway.. Someone was talking about " drippy penis's " What I thought was a women, happened to be a man! He brought me back, his name was Sam.. I recognized the voice. He made me feel very UNCOMFORTABLE! I did not want to tell him why I was there. Visit was over. I heard him talking about me and my visit..." the guy in room 5 is hot ROAR he has a drippy penis. I wanted to go into the room with Kim so I could see him just one more time" Kim Hoyt, very unprofessional, very shody, " see you later my friend" ...YOU WILL NEVER BE MY FRIEND! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.....NEVER AGAIN!
Do No Harm! by
Peg Leg -
Kim Hoyt is followed by a trail of litigation for her shoddy medical practice. She is dishonest, irresponsible and worst of all, incompetent. Unable to correctly diagnosis an infected joint, she medicated me with a drug known to have deadly side-effects. I lost my leg and my life as it was at the time. She denies all responsibility and continues to practice. Quick with a prescription and low on integrity, Kim Hoyt is a danger to anyone she treats.
Late Walk-In by

On May 3, 2013, I went to Grand Valley Urgent Care for being sick for 4 days. It was 7:40pm and they were about to close. They still saw me on a walk-in basis. They were VERY nice and thorough even at that late hour. I got a prescription called in and the next day Kimberly called me with the results of the culture they had done (which by the way was positive for Type A Influenza). She let me know to go back into the clinic if my symptoms got worse or if I started feeling worse. All that was there when I left was the LPN (Kimberly) and the Physician's Assistant (sorry I don't know her name though). Thank you for taking the extra time to see me.
Grand Valley by
I was visiting Grand junction and became ill. My insurance company sent me to Grand Valley. The staff is wonderful! I received great care from everyone. When a change of meds were required they called my house and cell phone to contact me. Definitively the place to go.Thanks Grand Valley!

The docs there are great. They listened to me and ran the appropriate tests to determine what was wrong with me. The next time I'm really sick - I'll definitely go back. And... it's a short walk for me.
