DON"T Take your car to this dealer for repair! by workerbee - 07/23/2009I took my Jeep Commander in to have the A/C looked at. I was told they estimated about $93.00 to repair it and would call if it was more. They did call and now the cost was about $900.00! I couldn't afford to do that, so I said no. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was told there was a diagnostics charge. It was $93.00! I couldn't believe it. They said the service man should have told me about the dianostics charge. I said they didn't and talked to a manager. He was extremely rude and said he "knew without a doubt" that the man had told me. He wasn't even there. He was very rude to me and certainly not concerned about a customer who was upset. I think it's convenience that the "diagnostics fee" is the same price as the "estimate" they gave me. I bet a lot of people have been ripped off like that. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GRAND JUNCTION CHRYSLER, JEEP, DODGE!
