We have been using Graham for vet services and boarding for our two dogs for the past three years. We absolutely love them and trust them, they have always taken great care of our babies both medically and whenever we leave town and they get boarded. Very caring and friendly staff, clean facilities, super helpful.

My family and I just purchased our third mini Schnauzer. Dr. Graham and his staff started treating my 1st mini in 1998. Treated my second mini and now... my third mini. That should explain a lot. My pets and I have always been treated excellent. The front office staff is wonderful and has been there since I started bringing our pets. Our lastest mini just broke his leg at 10 weeks old.I called panicked as they were closing. They waited for my son and I to get there. I was thankful for not having to drive my new pup to the Pet emergency clinic 10 to 12 miles away. In two months it will be 20 years that I have trusted my family pets to Graham’s. That should say a lot.

My dog walked into Graham Animal Clinic on September 2 for a suture removal on her front right leg. She showed no signs or symptoms of lameness, limping, limited mobility. She could walk, go up and down stairs, and jump up to give you a lick in the face if you were sitting down next to her. During the suture removal, Dr. Durlin and her assistant had to restrain Emma. Emma screamed out in pain during the process. Emma couldn't walk after that. She can't go up and down stairs. She can't hop around. The diagnosis was a ruptured CCL in her hind right leg. Emma's CCL was ruptured in the arms of a Graham Animal Clinic employee under direct supervision of Dr. Durlin. Dr. Durlin and Andrea Graham refuse to cover the cost of the CCL treatment now required for Emma. Do NOT send your pets to this facility. Dr. Louis Graham would be ASHAMED.

Update 9/14/17: Graham Animal Clinic called my employer to complain about this public review I left. So, not only do you risk injury to your pet, but if you try to leave a negative review of their service... they will call your boss! HA!

This clinic is great! You can tell they love pets the moment you walk through the door. The staff is wonderful, one of the receptionists has the sweetest little dog that she brings to work with her, that sits in a high chair next to her while she works, it is hilarious and simply adorable! They have at least 4-5 elderly adopted clinic pets, the ones no one else would adopt due to their age/health issues, and you can tell that they love them very much!

I have always been treated well here, and so has my little Henry. Henry has been seen by both of the doctors there, and likes them both. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger parking lot.

Sorry to say I won't be back. ...

Sorry to say I won't be back. I had had a bad experiience with some pills I ordered , then decided to give it another try with a visit for one of my sick dogs. I thought the dr was not friendly and I had to ask him to touch and check my dog for pain and any physical problems ..... I left with less money in my bank account and no real answers........ Found a great vet at Animal Clinic - Dr Hale........

Dr. Graham is the best

I have a 13 year old Pomeranian who has heart disease. I had taken him to other vets numerous times because he was coughing but not any of these vets were able to figure out what was wrong with him. It only took one visit to Dr. Graham to find out what was wrong. He did some testing and diagnosed heart disease and put him on medication which helped tremendously. He got very sick about a year after his diagnosis and was not expected to make it but thanks to Dr. Graham again, he is doing great and acts like a little puppy! I have no doubt that Dr. Graham saved his life at least twice! I had spent hundreds of dollars on other vets whowere never able to properly diagnose nor treat him. I would recommend Dr. Graham VERY highly. He's the best!
