We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, His bodily resurrection, and the imminent return of the Son of God. We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.

Our church is a free-autonomous, independent body, congregational in nature with the authority to determine for itself the use of its property and all church policies. We are affiliated with the New South River Baptist Association, we cooperate with the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, and the Southern Baptist Convention and we endorse The Baptist Faith and Message, a statement adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention, June 14, 2000.

We would like for you and your family to come and grow with us as we learn more of God's word. We offer a variety of activities for each age group with the goal of introducing people to Christ and helping them grow closer in their daily walk with Christ.

5:30 pm - Family Night Fellowship Supper
6:30 pm - Awana (3 years of age - 6th grade)
6:30 pm - GBC Student Ministry
7:00 pm - Prayer and Bible Study--
8:00 pm - Adult Choir Practice
*The Nursery will be available during all church services for infant to 4 years of age.*
