Morning Auction: Every Wednesday Morning. Preview at 8:00 a.m. Auction starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. Day sales have a mixture of 150-175 operable and non-operable cars. This auction held 2956 W Osborn Rd, Phoenix.

Night Auction: Third Thursday of the month. Preview at 5:00 p.m. Auction starts promptly at 6:00 p.m. Night sales are filled with 50-75 primarily operable cars. This auction held 2830 W Osborn Rd, Phoenix.

Friday Auction: First and third Friday of the month. Preview at 8:00 a.m. Auction starts promptly at 9:00 a.m. Day sales have mixture of 150-175 operable and non-operable cars. This auction held 3401 S 39 Av, Phoenix.

Auction Rules
1. All vehicles and their contents will be sold "as is not expressly warranted or guaranteed". Vehicles not eligible for certificate of waiver and must be repaired to meet emissions standards
2. Buyer responsible for all motor vehicle and emission fees and all costs for any repairs including emissions related repairs. United Road Towing, Inc assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.
3. Buyer must register vehicle with the Motor Vehicle Dept after purchase and assumes full responsibility for transfer of ownership.
4. A $300.00 refundable deposit must be paid in order to receive a bidder number. The balance must be paid in full no later than noon the Friday after sale day or there will be a $25 late fee. Terms are cash or cashier's check only. You must have a bidder number to bid on a vehicle.
5. United Road Towing, Inc. reserves the right to accept bids in any increments they feel is in the best interest of the sale. Bidding is done in minimum increments of $25 and maximum increments of $100. All opening bids are taken from the floor.
6. United Road Towing, Inc. and its representatives do not in any way guarantee the odometer reading to be actual, true, or correct.
7. United Road Towing, Inc. reserves the right to bid on any vehicle.
8. You must be registered to bid and may not bid with someone else's number. Each vehicle has a sale number which corresponds with the sale number on your list. Before the auctioneer sells the vehicle the vehicle number and description is called. Please make sure you bid on the correct vehicle. If you don't and are the highest bidder you must purchase that vehicle or will forfeit your deposit.
9. There is a renege fee of 30% or $300 whichever greater, from abandoned unpaid balance. Renege fee is due by the next auction you attend in order to register and bid.
10. Titles made to registered bidder with ID. Any vehicle not removed by 5 p.m. the Friday after sale day will be charged $25 per day storage.
11. $25 duplicate title fee will apply.
12. There is absolutely no working on vehicles in the yard. Only one person per vehicle will be allowed in the yard. No exceptions.
13. Any person who removes parts or property from a vehicle prior to or during the sale will be asked to leave and not be allowed to return. Any vandalizing or theft, including removing of keys, will result in prosecution.
