Didn't seem to know what he was doing half the time. After repeated call backs we were still having issues with our water. One day we called him for the water smelling and he came back out (again) we could not duplicate the problem, it seemed to have fixed itself. He was getting angry and actually said "You guys are just wasting my time, I have other calls that are waiting" like we were supposed to call someone else or something. Seemed nice at first but got progressive ruder as things progressed. Never again...
