We were Part of the Camp fire in Ca. and lost our home. After looking around at other dealers we went to Golden West Homes in Chico. Ca. Matt Coonfield was our salesman and he was very helpful. We chose our home with him He was very patient with us and also very personable and very patient with us as we kept adding things we wanted done to make it more our home. We would recommend them and him to anyone.. Ray and Donna

This was the worst experience of my life.
Everybody we meet after we bought from them also had night mares.
Two complete strangers stopped when they saw that we bought from golden west said that they need to be put out of business.
They constantly lie and do shoddy workmanship. And never even finished the home set up.
They don't even deserve a one star rating. Run for your life for you will regret buying from them.
I would highly recommend finding a contractor that will properly assemble your manufactured home by the manufactures specifications.
Do not fall the the sales pitch that everything is included in the price.
Their "separate" contractor company crews will do the minimum and use the cheapest subcontractors to do the finish work that won't even last a year.

They are gypsies waiting for the next naive customer to walk in the door.
