This is a great place to train. The school has a great vibe and the classes are super fun! I just started doing their power fit classes and not only is it a great workout (kills me every time) but it's also a great way to put my moves from my forms in motion!

Golden Lion is not a good place to train. The head instructor doesn't pay attention to all of his students. The students who progress and get the attention are the students that he likes. Each student brings something different into the school but Sifu doesn't recognize the effort and hard work all of his students are putting into training. I have seen so many students give up and quit because they don't feel recognized. Student's shouldn't be babied but all should be seen for the good that they bring into class and training. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone. There are much better schools out there.
