Terrible! I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and first spoke with an employee who took the order and told me she would call me when she talked to the owner and got a price. I was very specific about what I wanted. She called back that same day with a price and told me to bring in the image I wanted on the cake. A few days later I brought the image in and the owner was there and he told me there was no way he could do the cake I wanted for the price I was quoted. He gave me a new price( more than double the original) and assured me this cake was going to be spectacular. I agreed to the price because it was just days away from the party and he went on and on about he was The Cake Bosses cousin and blah blah blah. I go to pick up the cake the day of the party and not only was it nothing like we talked about but looked like they threw it together in five minutes. Certainly not the work of a professional! The cake wasn't even good! I paid several hundred dollars for a special cake that looked and tasted like crap. Never going back!
