By far the worst business I ever had to deal with. I purchased a kayak in confidence that if it didn't work out for me I would be able to bring it back. Unfortunately, the kayak does not suit me well and it's not comfortable on the water, but how was I supposed to be able to determine that in the store. No where does it say that their policy is no returns. On the receipt it says all returns are accepted with a receipt. The owner now says that I can only get partial of the money I spent for it. How is that fair? I spent a lot of money and now I have to lose money on this all because of their employee telling me the wrong thing about their policy. So if you decide to purchase anything from this store, make sure you really want it and know what you're buying.
