Holtze Construction Company
Holtze Construction Company was founded in 1919 and has been a general contractor since its inception. We are now in our third generation of family ownership and management. Our firm has evolved into a wide array of services including general contracting, construction management and design-build. Our expertise is in constructing commercial office facilities, industrial, educational, religious, retail, medical, military, pre-engineered buildings and multi-family housing projects. Our clients hold our relationships in very high regard which is based on trust and the ability to give them the most value for their construction investment.
Glover Painting Company
Darwyn Glover, department manager, leads the Holtze Companies' full service paint department. Mr. Glover has over 40 years of painting and management experience and is only the fourth manager of the paint division that began over 50 years ago. Our reputable firm has extensive skill in residential, commercial and industrial painting. Also, we can perform projects such as: specialized graphics, custom millwork finishing, swimming pools, church and theatre restorations. We also have a working knowledge of all painting and related paint products which will suit all of your specific needs.
Sioux Contractors, Inc.
Sioux Contractors was incorporated in 1960 as a merit-shop general contractor working in the states of Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, Kansas and Missouri. Through the last several decades we have excelled in all areas of commercial and industrial construction. Our many clients appreciate our strong tradition of skill, integrity and responsibility which has built a solid track record in the construction industry. In 2006, our firm became more focused on construction management services. This specialization allows us to bring this innovative project delivery system to both the public and private sector.
