    You will get the whole speech about putting the best mechanics on your vehicle and having it done really well as cheaply as possible. All complete sales talk. After 3 months and a couple thousand already paid, I'm done.

    I have had two issues with this shop. First I took my car in for transmission work and a week later got it back and the original problem was still there. This was quite difficult to swallow considering I paid $2,500 for the repair. Then months later I took my vehicle back for other repairs (I don't know why). A relatively cheap job turned out to be expensive and then increased again because of further problems and when I got the vehicle back it was in worse shape than it was when I took it to the shop. I called them and told them that I didn't give it to them and that condition and that I wanted it fixed. The told me it wasn't their fault but "fixed" it anyway but when I got it back it was still running worse than it was originally. I will never go back to this shop again. I am just going to fix the truck myself to avoid having to deal with this company again. The have certainly made enough money off of me for doing useless work.

    Very professional staff. The owner Rodney, is always such a help and always willing to work with you however possible. In most cases I have my car back very quickly, never more than 5 days. It is automotive repair and sometimes it takes a while to get parts in. This is an amazing business, and I would recommend anybody to Global.

    I have taken my car to global transmission....they said car would be ready the next week and now 3 months later it is still in the shop and there is no telling when i will get it back.... Oh and this is not my first time dealing with them.. This is my second.. I would not have ever went back if they didnt have transmission under warranty. .. Do not go there unless u have another vehicle to drive....

    My family and I have gone to Rodney ( owner ) for all our transmission related repairs for years. My father, Uncle and many family friends even went to school with Rodney, and all though he seems to be a great guy ( and is ) he apparently has hired some or at least an idiot.I sent a close friend ( whos also my boss ) to Global to get his Jeep looked at. They replaced the clutch ( which was suppose to take a couples days and ended up taking 2 weeks). My boss drove the Jeep down the street and it still did the same thing ( jerked, lunged, slipped) so he brought it back and the mechanic kept it another day to look it back over. A couple days later my boss picked it up and the the mechanic insisted it was fine. The next day ( after driving less than 15 miles ) the tranny locked up.2nd issueA few weeks later my Uncle brought his truck to Global to get the tranny rebuilt. A day or two later my Uncle (whom was dying of end stage liver disease) drove across Racetrack Road during lunch ru
