Of course, I want to bring Glenn's back given their excellent work (truly) installing a new heat pump and exchanger. They replaced a system that had been here for 24 years! And what tight spots there are in this townhome. I cannot recommend Glenn's any higher. You would be foolish to go with any other company. THANK YOU!

Our heat pump died last Thurs right at the beginning of the big snow! We contacted our local HVAC company of 20+ years and were greeted with a completely different customer service response that did not recognize our name/service history in their new system! We ended up deciding to give them the benefit of the doubt and allowing grace for the weather conditions and basically sucking it up and waiting until Monday with space heaters, fireplace, etc going. Monday came, and they came out late in the day and assessed our repair issue and they stated they would get back to us. We had to call them to get an update but received a bit of runaround about delay in finding parts/being able to fix/etc..and now we're looking at waiting til this Friday! Time to call someone else!! We researched and saw Glenn's received all 5 star ratings on all review sites online and we called yesterday mid morning. They were at the house an hour or so later, assessed the problem, went back to their shop, found the parts and returned to complete the repair by that evening! We can't say enough about this company's response to a new customer's desperate call!! Glenn and Hunter were professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest in their interaction with us throughout. Glenn even called back later to check that everything was still working to our satisfaction!

When you call them they show up and they are so courteous. My heat went out and it was so cold. They told me to go back inside and wrap up and that's what I did. They said that they had this and they sure did. I had heat in no time! Thank God...plus a very reasonable price. When you call them, you get the best! So dependable. I called Glenn's Heating and Air after I asked around and everyone I spoke to all told me they used Glenn's Heating and Air they came out my unit needed to be replaced Glenn's installed a new unit for me they were very professional and very knowledgeable they did an excellent job my unit is working great I would highly recommend them

I can't speak to their level of expertise since we didn't get that far. My rating reflects their level of professionalism. I was looking to get an HVAC system replaced and contacted them (based on a referal from someone) to come out and provide an estimate. I spoke with someone from the business and finalized a time for the next morning for someone to come out, spec out the system, and provide an estimate. They did not show for the appointment nor called to let me know. I called the next day to follow up and received a lame reason for the no-show. I explained that I should have atleast been given a call letting me know they would not be there...especially since I had explained while setting up the appointment that I would be driving in from over an hour away. Poor professionalism!

Could not have asked for more excellent company to deal with. Glenn not only serviced our old unit last year in the winter when our heat went out during the ice storm and our newborn was coming home. Just this past month I contacted him to replace our unit that was out of warranty and was up in age so I contacted him since they put the original unit in before for the previous home owners. I will say even though they are not local for us up here right by Zebulon he still gave me a great price and had a crew here within a week to replace the old unit. It could not have come at a better time with a little one in the house it was to the point where if the temperature went up anymore I would have felt it was unsafe for my little boy. But, luckily Glenn was nice enough to have his guys here and within 3 hours cold air was blowing and it was such a big relief knowing it would soon be cool in the house once again! So, long story short my hat is off to these guys and I would recommend them any day of the week! It is hard to find a company this day and age with service like Glenn provides. Thank you again

I called at 3:00 PM and they were here before 4:00. They got in, did the job, and got out in less than 30 minutes. Super service, nice folks, and very reasonable prices. I've always felt ripped off by other Greenville HVAC companies, but Glenn's fixed my AC and left me feeling good about it. They'll have my business from now on.

I could not have asked for better service than what I received from Glenn's. They provided me with speedy service and helped educate us about what AC we needed. Our AC BROKE and that is just not acceptable for a pregnant woman! I highly recommend Glenn's to anyone needed AC service.
