Don't know if they are good yet. I have called them 3 times and left messages in a 3 day period when they finally called they told me they would call first thing in the morning to come look at my garage door.it is almost 11 o'clock and still haven't received a phone call. So 1 star for now

I just had them service a door at my rental property and replace a door at our personal house. The experience was great!!

I purchased a garage door and installation from a large retailer. This company performs the installation for the large retailer. No one at this company is available to schedule an appointment. It is absolutely the worst experience I have had so far.

I have called for weeks about the garage door openers that I purchased that do not work and nobody has ever returned my call. Does not matter what time of the day you call, they do not answer the phone, EVER! Don't waste your time or your money with this company because frankly, they suck.

We eventually got our garage doors installed. They were installed well and operate well. I have no complaints about that. The lack of communication was a major downfall for us.

They were quick to come out and give us an estimate and even took our credit card number so that they could order the doors. They have yet to charge our credit card (thankfully). I called the company when we didn't hear anything and they never returned the call. I phoned Royle, not sure his position, and he returned the call with a message that the garage doors would be installed on 11/26/13. Guess what.....NO GARAGE DOORS! I called and they have yet to return our calls. Very Unprofessional!!

Cannot get this company to return calls for service. The door will not raise - left message on their phone at 10 a.m. and at 5 p.m. still have no response from them.

Just had a great and professional experience with Glenn Brothers. They were knowledgeable on products and repair and able to provide me service in very timely manner. What a difference good customer service can make! Thank you!

I do not recommend this company. Horrible experience!
