Provided by YP.comMy wife took a 6:30 am LA Shuttle for her 8:15 am appointment only to find the doctor's office was closed. The doctor's office assured her they would be open when they made the apointment. She waited out in the cold for two hours for the next shuttle. All too often, this type of mediocrity is shrugged off as human error unless you put the hurt on organizations. Private insurance doctors have to be professional, they even call to confirm your appointment. So, next is Yelp, then Twitter then Facebook.
