Gave this office the benefit of the doubt one too many times. This time, had to just walk out before services were performed since the general vibe in this office is one of unprofessionalism. (to say the least) We had billing/scheduling problems from first visit...took forever to fix. This time, office was not open when it should have been. Arrived 10 minutes before appt....still closed. Office/Bathroom dirty. (No TP/towels) X-rays were taken so quickly, I wasn't sure they were taken for real or not. One hour wait even though there was only one other patient before me. Doctor made me feel nervous when I am generally not ....and I was just there for cleaning/check up. There were just too many red flags going up. This office needs to get better front desk help and also schedule appointments when Dr. will be there ON TIME. I would NOT recommend this dental office.

I'm newly retired from the Navy and wanted a place close to home for my family and I to get our dental care. Thought this would be a nice place to start. I called, someone answered the phone, I told him about how I was retired and a new federal govt employee and wanted to set up appts for me and my family. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I just couldn't wait anymore. The dentists may be good, but the front office customer service is costing them business! I'm going to another provider.

I'd have to say I have had a great dental experience here. When I was there the office was clean the guy at the front desk was friendly and I was seen quickly. My only complaint was that the dentist had rescheduled my visit twice and I was glad to find out that they were getting another dentist soon. Hopefully there will be more appointment slots in the future. A Saturday appointment date would be nice.

I would suggest you save your time...Glen Flora Dentist, Mary...is great and friendly. Asulio (front office person) not very competent at anything he does...appts, charges on bills to answering the phone...I gave the benefit of the doubt on many occasions...

the phone never gets answered, they never return messages. are they for real? i wanted to go to them because they're in my plan but could never get hold of them. bad sign.

I have a love hate relationship with this Dentist's office. It is close to home and I trust the dentist I have. Whether intentional or not, the lady at the front desk comes across as condescending and that she cannot be bothered by the peasants' needs. She even talks down to the dentists! Some remedial customer service training is needed here. I surmise that the Dentists tolerate this behavior because it would be too much of a disruption to replace her or they are oblivious to how it affects their image. Furthermore the interior of the office is a bit dated, it would not take much to improve it.
